Quick and easy item to keep in the freezer for when you are short on time. Just add oil and baked in a hot oven on a tray for thirty minutes and they are ready. Not cost effective for regular use but if you’re in a hurray they work. Unfortunately they are imported from Belgium and have added sugar & dextrose so the flavour is sweet. While tasty the sugar components give a different flavour to freshly cut vegetables.
