Definition of gourmet ice cream - texture is so smooth and creamy. No signs of those dreaded icicles that you can get in cheaper brands. Delicately infused with Madagascan vanilla beans. Easy to scoop out (no need to let it rest at room temperature beforehand) or if you're like me, simply spoon and enjoy straight from the tub!
