those vita wear crackers I had them when I was young and I normally spread it with butter or cheese and it was quite good I really love it.

This is a very healthy choice of biscuit if you’re on diet. It is low GI and very nutritious with seeds and grains in it. It is a good quick breakfast and afternoon snack.

For some reason these crackers stay in the biscuit barrel the longest, I’m not complaining, they may be very crunchy but they go so well with a bit of soft cheese and morsels of salad

I love this brand of crackers. My husband accidentally bought the wrong crackers. Sesame taste good, but the vita weat crackers with grains adds more taste to it. I prefer to eat these with butter only but they go well with all other toppings too
