The shortbread biscuit itself is very soft, crumbly and a bit chewy, while the is creamy and rich. The combination of both create a lovely texture smooth creamy taste in your mouth. When biting into the biscuit, it tends to crumble into little pieces that can create mess. Overall, lovely biscuit!
