One of my favourites. Fantastic shortbread to raspberry filling ratio. Good amount of sugar on top. Can easily eat a whole packet. Will not disapoint guests on any day. Arnotts branded, the connoisseur of biscuits. Fun to split in half and lick the raspberry filling out. Can't really think of any cons except the excess weight I will have gained after eating the packet.

These are a classic in our household. I love how soft and into the biscuits are and there a perfect amount of jam in the centre. Can’t stop it just one.

My favourite flavour is Raspberry hands down. They use pectin as a gelling agent and not animal derived gelling agents which makes it halal. All in all I am a major fan
