Forget eating them straight out of the box, the real secret to Arnott's Malt O'Milk biscuits is baking with them! I use them instead of plain digestives for the crusts of tarts or cheesecakes and they give this incredible malty, creamy depth that other biscuits just can't match. They blend up perfectly in a food processor and press into the base easily, holding their shape really well
