I picked up these Lemon Crisp biscuits on a whim, and they were a pleasant surprise. They have a nice snap to them, and the lemon flavor is bright without being too sharp. They’re light, not too sweet, and really good with a cup of tea. I’d definitely buy them again.

soft lemon cream with a hint of lemon. tastes great. lightly crunchy biscuits sandwiching the cream makes it a divine treat.
