Delicious to bite in to, but then the saltiness becomes apparent, which I don't enjoy in a sweet biscuit. Lovely texture combination of biscuit with a creamy centre, but it also leaves a salty after-taste which I also don't like.

when I'm in need of a sweet & salty flavour these are the biscuits I search for in the pantry. I don't think I know anyone who doesn't like them. They do have a subtle lemon flavour & sweet. Reminds me of Nanny's bikkie box.
