This suits to our coffee. Im a ginger eater , the taste of ginger really blended at the cookies.. For me it's not bad on that flavor.

A nice subtle hint of ginger mixed with the sweetness of golden syrup makes this a really tasty biscuit. They are a little hard to bite into but soften very quick
