A family favourite Abbott's biscuit is the Monte Carlo. It has a delicious outer biscuit with a creamy filling and raspberry jam. The sweet and crunch of the biscuit combined with the filling is a great combined taste. The perfect morning and afternoon snack with your coffee or tea.
