They are very crunchy and my daughter loves taking them to school in her lunch box. They are versatile and can be combined with multiple toppings/fillings. Some of our favourites include cheese and Vegemite and butter and honey. The downside is when cut in half they are very crumbly so best left as a single biscuit.
