I bought these on sale to replace what Australia does not have in graham crackers for the base of a vegan cheesecake I was making. I blend it up a bag of these in my food processor and they crumbled quite nicely and really tasted delicious. I added some cinnamon sugar and the cheesecake came out very well.

the original Marie Arnots biscuit is so yummy. good as snacks or even for breakfast and even use base for cheesecake.

Not sure what it is, but it doesn't melt in my hot chocolate as easily as other brands Marie biscuits. Flavour is fine.
