Tim Tam is a true classic of Australian sweets and one of those treats that almost everyone here knows and loves. My husband and I absolutely love having Tim Tam together, it’s become a little ritual for us. They’re just incredibly delicious, rich, and satisfying, the kind of sweet you keep coming back to again and again. Tim Tam is honestly too sweet for my taste and the flavour feels very intense. After eating it, I often feel like it’s a bit overwhelming and too rich. Because of that, I usually have to take a break for a few weeks to recover from how heavy and sugary it feels.
