There are so many different products to choose from. When it comes to baking with coconut, this one works super well, I've used it in baking. I've used it Thai meals and you can't go wrong. It has a resealable bag, which is probably the top win for this one

this coconut can be put as a finisher on top of lamingtons and cake and taste amazing with whatever it is you want.
