you can create so many recipes around it. not only it is cheap but easy to cook. No need to pre-soak for 4-8 hours period cooking, only need to Rinse it a couple times to wash off the starsh before cooking. easy enough!

To me, lentils are rather plain in flavour so they are prefect to add to my rice to increase my protein and fibre intake!

with these red split lentils, you can make one of the easiest soup. Without needing hours of preparing and waiting, just rinse them a couple times until all the orange colour stuff come out. Red is easier to cook compared to the green one.
