Baking Powder is an essential ingredient for so many baking goods, including cakes, biscuits, breads and many more. It is used to increase the volume and lighten the texture of baked goods. It has no artificial colours or flavour and no preservatives.. If you run out of self raising g flour you can use plain flour and add one teaspoon of baking powder for one cup of plain flour. I highly recommend this product.
