Reliable brand, gluten free, easy to buy in supermarkets. Lake of other choices in supermarkets. It can be make self-raising flour, mix 2 teaspoons of Baking Power to each cup of plain flour. Sift thoroughly several times.

I have tried baking powder from couple of other brands, but somehow I feel McKenzie is the best. has a long expiry date also, which is a relief😮💨
