This is an easy to use platinum strength gelatine. As a powder it is a bit easier to use than gelatine leaves but it sets reliably. We use this to make homemade marshmallows with delicious results.

McKenzies gelatin powder setting agent is one of my favourite because it's so versatile you can make plain jelly from it or add colour and flavouring to make it and flavoured jelly you can also use it for making jams and compote there is a lot of other products you can make from this it's just you have to use your imagination
