I’ve been using McKenzie’s Bi-Carb Soda forever, and it’s become one of those pantry staples I always keep on hand. It’s affordable and truly multipurpose — from baking and cleaning to deodorising and even personal care. A little goes a long way, so a single box lasts longer than you’d expect. Cardboard box can be tricky to keep dry and scoop out so best to transfer to another container for ease of use.
