It's great a combination with fruits as well to have as your healthy breakfast. Traditional uncle Toby’s rolled oats is a great way to start yourself off on a cold winter morning. I like to have it with milk, some fruit ( maybe banana or berries or just other milk and golden syrup. Being low in sugar and high in fiber it’s a very healthy option for breakfast.
