certainly helps temporarily with minimising cold and flu symptoms. does mas me drowsy but that makes sense since these are to be taken before bed during the night.

I have had heyfever all my life and codral has been my go to brand, a cold and flu brand you might ask, yes its got the same ingredients as heyfever tablets, but cheaper!

Very helpful in getting to sleep when sick relieving that discomfort. Does make your throat when you wake up unfortunately.
