These are so tasty and delicious, a bit of fun and treat as the nutritional benifets are minimal but at the lower calorie content it todes you over they are just a fun treat really.

I like Kellogg's K-Time Twists Strawberry Yoghurt 185g for its freshness and value for money. This yoghurt bar tastes too good. I could eat them by the boxful - if my kids didn't get them first. It is super handy in the cupboard when I am on the go. Though, not the healthiest.
