This is so good, easy breakfast on the go. Strawberry and Yogurt flavour baked twist. 3grams of fat advertised on the front of the packaging. when you look at the nutrition information 24g carbs, 13g of sugar and 64mg sodium..... this is not good for my diet or heathy.
