With only a 2 star rating this is not a cereal we eat all the time but more like when we want to treat ourselves. It is delicious. So sweet, crunchy and nutty. It is mainly eaten at breakfast but hubby has been known to have it as a snack and also dinner when he has to feed himself as it is so easy to prepare. Pour it in a bowl and just add milk. This is a product we will continue to purchase.
