Wow what a quick and amazing breakfast option. Its packed with 21.8g per 100g of protein. This cereal is handy for our family, but most children in Australia easily meet if not exceed their protein requirements so parents don't need to go looking for ways to add more in!

Iconic Aussie cereal – crunchy, malty, and great with cold milk. Keeps you feeling full and doubles as a good dry snack. Slightly high in sugar, but good energy boost for busy mornings. I used to eat this dry when I was a kid. I store my cereal in a plastic cereal container as I don’t eat it daily. It helps keep it fresh and gives it a nice crunch without going soft.

i love this kellogg's nutri grain breakfast cereal. i eat it with milk for breakfast. and sometimes i eat it as is. i love munching on them
