sadly I can only buy this when it is on sale because it is so stupidly expensive (as is all cereal) but I love it so much. a good taste that gives me my little carb boost when I need it, usually as a snack, and a good dose of fibre

This ia great, gives you energy in the morning. It's nice and sweet and kids love it too. Add a bit of honey otherwise, would go so well too.
