I have been eating Sultana Bran for years and it's still one of my go-to cereals. The bran flakes are crunchy and wholesome, and the sultanas add just the right amount of natural sweetness. It feels like a healthy choice without being bland, which is a rare combo. The high fiber content is a big plus — definitely helps with digestion. Sometimes I wish the sultanas were a bit more evenly spread out (you get a lot in one spoonful and none in the next), but that’s a minor gripe. Also, if you leave it in milk too long, the flakes get soggy fast — so eat it quick if you like a crunch. Overall, it’s a tasty, nutritious cereal that doesn’t make you feel guilty afterward. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve their breakfast routine
