Kellogg's Nutri Grain Protein Breakfast Cereal Nutri Grain is a bit of a classic – crunchy, slightly malty, and really filling. I like that it has more protein than some other cereals, so it feels a bit more satisfying as a breakfast option. Great for both kids and adults.

nutri grain is a staple cereal in our home..it makes for a quick breakfast on those busy mornings that everyone enjoys. the downside is the amount of sugar but I'll often pair it with fruit or yoghurt to boost the nutritional value.
