Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain is tasty, crunchy and super convenient for a quick breakfast, plus it’s fortified with vitamins and iron. The downside is it’s fairly high in sugar and quite processed, so it’s better as an occasional pick than an everyday “healthy” cereal.
