I bought this for my partner to make sure he’s getting the right amount of fibre and he is someone that needs a bit of sugar in order to like cereal. Would buy it again it was a good price point.

not bad for a processed Kellogg brand product, the sugar content seems to all be in the dried fruit which is ok, and it is easy to eat compared with some muesli options, no hard seeds etc
