I love how convenient it is to use — the shreds are a good size, and they don’t clump together in the bag. It’s also great for more than just pizza; I often use it in pasta bakes, lasagna, or even sprinkled over garlic bread.

This is our favourite cheese for making home-made pizzas. Perfectly stretchy yet full tasty flavour. We also use this to make quiche, and to finish off Shepherd's Pie. Long expiry date. Made in Australia.
