Good shredded cheese that melts nicely and gives a creamy texture to pizzas, pasta or baked dishes. The flavour is mild but works well for everyday cooking. Pros: melts well, convenient, good for multiple dishes. Cons: flavour is not very strong.

A nice cheese packet to have handy for whenever required for sandwiches or wraps or especially pizzas, having it already graded it is very convenient.
