Prefect melt comes with four cheese, mostly mozzarella cheese which is my family favourite. It includes 50% of easy melt mozzarella cheese to make it easy to melt, with 12.5% of cheddar and Romano giving a good combination to lift up the overall cheese flavours . It is prefect to melted cheese sauce for our chicken schnitzel and baked pasta topping.
