Western Star is my favourite brand of butter, and I use it almost weekly in a variety of recipes. Some recipes call for unsalted butter, such as scones, cakes and other baking. This Western Star Unsalted Chef's Choice Butter Block allows you to control the salt content of the dish, yet still retains the great Western Star flavour.
