butter is butter to me, but this one worked well in my recent choc chip cookies recipe. wish it wasn't so expensive to buy, but good they come in 500g sizes now too

only second to lurpak. love baking with western star. my cookies always turn out the right level of soft and brittle. best advice from my mum - never ever cheap out on butter if you are putting in the effort to bake home made stuff!
