Western Star original butter is a very spreadable butter which is great for spreading on sandwich’s in particular, as the bread doesn’t tear, not do you have to wait for the butter to soften. It has a creamy flavour an tastes creamy.

Butter that spreads straight from the fridge. Nice salty, buttery flavour. Foil sealed. I have noticed if you keep the butter out for too long & pop it back into the fridge it does solidify & is no longer spreadable.

Western star butter is a great butter. It’s spreadable which makes it very easy to use. It’s a salted dairy blend. I like that it’s made in Australia from at least 90% Australian ingredients and something I regularly buy.
