I love nice tasty butter on fresh bread and toast but it can be very hard to spread. That’s where this Western Star Spreadable Butter comes into play. It’s not quite as soft as some of the others but it is soft enough to go on reasonably fresh bread and certainly on toast. It has a lovely flavour that is fine on its own on bread or toast or with any other topping that you might want to put on there.

It’s good but not great. I think there’s better out there for the price and it’s certainly not “spreadable”. We have to leave it out at room temperature for about 10-15mins so it’s then spreadable. Taste is good though and it’s got a smooth consistency to it.
