while some thinks it does not make a difference buying homebrand or western star, i found that with recipes that celebrates butter (burnt butter pasta, butter cakes etc) it really does makes a difference to the final dish. well worth the premium!

My go-to unsalted butter. Always smooth, melts perfectly and has a really clean taste. Great for baking and cooking.

This is not a butter that I would or even could spread on toast or bread as it’s hard as a rock, but it is great for cooking, melting, using it in baking and shallow frying.
