I know it’s meant to be good butter but it’s a little expensive in my opinion; but it’s my mothers favourite and I’ll buy it for her if it goes on special but that’s also quite rare

Great to find a good quality butter without added seed or canola oils. This one is perfect for cooking and tastes good. l like this brand as it has a taste like no other brands.

This unsalted butter is perfect for cooking and baking with. It has good flavour and texture and melts well. Some other butters just taste a bit oily but not western star. I always jerk a block of unsalted butter in my fridge and this is one of my preferred brands.

Western Star is my favourite brand of butter, and I use it almost weekly in a variety of recipes.Some recipes call for unsalted butter, such as scones, cakes and other baking. This type of butter allows you to control the salt content of the dish, yet still retains the great Western Star flavour.
