This is one of those fridge staples I always seem to reach for. It’s light, tangy, and adds just enough flavour to make a basic salad feel a bit more exciting without being too heavy. I like that it’s lower in sugar and fat, especially when you’re trying to keep meals a bit on the healthier side but still tasty. This was bought by accident and will not be a repeat action as the taste is quite strange and bitter.It does not compliment the salad at all and is quite bitter.
