The best pancake mix from the supermarkets. It makes the most fluffiest and thickest pancakes ever. I used to buy the brands from Woolies / Aldi, but their pancakes mix are just way too watery imo. This one from White Wings is a bit more expensive than others, but the quality makes all the difference.

I bought these accidentally and may I say, never again. if you have had the honour of eating real pancakes before, these are such a weak replica. They taste artificial, they are impossible to flip in the pan and you end up with one giant mess. Never again!
