easy weekend baking for my family. I made this into pancake sheet in a tray and added fruit into it. then cut it up for lunchboxes. it worked great and was so easy to do.

the instructions are accurate and easy to follow. the pancakes and soft and fluffy. you can make a range of sizes to what you want. they are crisp on the outside but fluffy on the insude. they are nice and sweet but not over powering. great on there own or can mix fruit or chocolate chips into them. very tasty

taste not too bad. easy cooking. cook them all and leave in fridge to keep long. teach your kid to cook for themselves
