I tried the White Wings Buttermilk Pancake Mix and it turned out so soft and fluffy. The batter was super easy to prepare, and the pancakes cooked evenly with a nice golden colour. The buttermilk flavour gives a little tang that makes them taste like homemade pancakes. Really quick and delicious for breakfast.
