Great pantry or camping staple as you only need to add water to the mix. Mixes well with no lumps- just be sure to give a good shake before adding cold water. Need to emphasise on bottle adding Luke warm - hot water will cook the batter inside the bottle! These pancakes have a great taste. we also add choc chips to the mix after adding the water
