Olive Grove Lite spread is a margerine that is 70% less saturated than butter. Cons: it isn't real butter so doesn't have the same creaminess but the cons are it's still a great way to create a nice, buttery kind of flavour to put on bread.

Tasty olive spread- very mild and with 70% less saturated fat than butter. Great for everything from home cooking, slathering toast or making a super sandwich. Freezes well so you can buy it on sale and freeze it for later use- better to get it out just before you need it to thaw.
