this is a pantry staple, we always have some on hand. it has so many uses - great on top of a steak, or marinade steak in a little of it before freezing. also good to add to a casserole or bolognese for extra depth of flavor - while you won’t specifically taste it, it makes the dish richer. don’t get an imitation, they are not as good
