this bread is a favourite, with its soft texture mixed with grains and seed. Good to have a snack with any toppings like peanut butter or cottage cheese with slices of tomato.

This bread is not the cheapest but it is one of the healthiest. A very natural flavour and made with soy and linseed. It is low GI and lower in carbs than white bread.

feel healthier eating this bread, stays fresh longer, makes great toast and has a nice taste too. good size loaf and cut to a decent sized slice. Burgen have plenty of options and I like to swap around for a bit of verity
