These are a regular breakfast option in my house because they are quick, filling, and easy to customise. I like that the wholemeal version has a bit more texture and a slightly nuttier flavour than standard crumpets. Toasted until golden, they soak up butter really well.

Golden is a classic Aussie bread that delivers nicely baked flavor on each bite. The texture ia light and soft. Great for early morning breakfast with eggs or bacon. The downside is costs more than a loaf of bread. Overall, a reliable and tasty breakfast option to buy again.
