Tasty crumpets, best with lashings of butter (not margarine!). Best toasted and used within a day or 2 - they have a very short use by date. They freeze well but develop freezer burn within a few weeks, probably because they come wrapped so poorly.

My family simply love crumpets & it’s a constant item on our shopping list. Very versatile, use with spreads for breakfast, use as a side with your soup or melt cheese on top to make them extra gourmet. Even cut them up, cover in butter & cinnamon sugar & air fry for a cheap but delicious sweet treat. 6 round crumpets to a pack. I also like the squares you can get. Low in sugar. No artificial nasties. Australian made. They freeze ok too.
