These crumpets make delightful breakfast! They are like a cross between pancakes and English muffin. Spongy and sweet, the little holes hold pockets of butter or whatever condiments you choose to put on. Just lightly toasted in the toaster and they are good to go! We have even eaten them as is on occasions. They were half price last week so we stocked up. Had a few amazing mornings with them.
